A personalised diet plan, built around you
A personalised diet plan starts with the person it's for. Diet on Demand is a UAE-based online diet-planning brand, established in 2016. We assess each customer first, and your plan is built around what we learn, including any advice from your doctor.
You don't need to become a different person to eat better. You need a plan that fits the one you already are.

What does "personalised" actually mean?
Calling a plan personalised doesn't make it so. A personalised diet plan should be built from information about you, not copied from a template and given your name.
Our view is simple: if we call something personalised, we should be able to explain how. At Diet on Demand, that means we assess each customer before a plan is built, and the plan reflects what we learn, including any advice you've had from your doctor.
We'd rather be clear about that than use the word as decoration.

Two people, one goal
Imagine two people who both want to manage their weight. One works from home and enjoys cooking. The other spends ten hours a day at work and eats lunch between meetings.
They share a goal. Expecting them to follow the same routine doesn't make much sense, and a plan that suits one of them could feel impossible to the other.
That's the idea behind a personalised plan: start with the person, then build.
Questions worth asking about any personalised diet plan
Whoever you choose, a few questions separate a plan that's personal from one that's generic.
- What information do they ask for before making the plan?
- Is the plan built from your answers, or picked from a template?
- Does it fit your food preferences, your schedule and your budget?
- What's included, how long does it cover and how is it delivered?
- What happens if your routine changes?
- Who is behind it, and what are their qualifications?
These are fair questions to ask us too. Questions are welcome, because knowing what you're buying matters.
What a personalised plan usually takes into account
Every provider works differently, so ask what's covered. These are the things that commonly matter:
- Your goal, and what you want the plan to make easier
- Your daily routine and working hours
- How active you are
- The foods you enjoy, including the meals you grew up with
- Allergies and intolerances
- Health considerations and advice from your doctor
- How much time you have to cook
- Your grocery budget
A plan that ignores these can look beautifully organised and still not fit your week.
When a plan isn't the right starting point
A general diet plan isn't medical care. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, managing diabetes, kidney disease or another condition, have had an eating disorder, or are under 18, speak to your doctor or a registered dietitian first. If you've already been given dietary advice, it comes first, and we'll build your plan around it.
Some people only need general guidance, and there are good free resources. The WHO healthy diet fact sheet is a sensible place to start.
A good place to start, in a few simple steps.

A few things you might be wondering
What is a personalised diet plan?
It's a diet plan built from information about you, such as your goals, routine and food preferences, rather than a template that's the same for everyone. At Diet on Demand, we assess each customer first, and the plan reflects what we learn.
How is a personalised diet plan different from a standard one?
A standard plan is the same for everyone who buys it. A personalised plan starts from your circumstances. A pre-designed plan isn't automatically worse, it just serves a different purpose, so it's worth knowing which one you're getting.
Can a personalised diet plan fit my doctor's advice?
Yes. Tell us what your doctor has advised and we'll build your plan around it. A diet plan doesn't replace medical care, so your doctor's advice always comes first.
Will the plan include foods I enjoy?
Food is personal, and the meals you grew up with belong in the conversation. We can't promise every food fits every situation, especially where there are medical reasons for restrictions, so tell us what matters to you.
Is a personalised diet plan right for everyone?
Not always. If you're pregnant, managing a medical condition or have had an eating disorder, speak to a doctor or registered dietitian first. Some people only need general guidance, and that's fine too.
Who is Diet on Demand?
